Samantha is a powerhouse in commercial litigation, infrastructure development, and proactive project support. As a Director in the Construction and Dispute Resolution Department at NSDV Law, her 13-year career spans high-value arbitrations under the Associations’ Rules for the Conduct of Arbitrations, AFSA, ICC, and UNCITRAL frameworks. From advising on critical rail-to-port infrastructure initiatives like Transnet’s Saldanha Tippler 3 Project to managing contracts for South Africa’s pioneering 128MW hybrid renewable energy facilities, her industry footprint is undeniable.
Beyond handling high-stakes courtroom and tribunal battles, Samantha serves on the Association’s Management Committee n and actively tutors the next generation of dispute practitioners (Specialisation in Construction Law). Her philosophy anchors deeply on pro-active project support, advocating that early dispute avoidance and meticulous contract administration prevent severe financial losses on complex build sites. As an Alusani Course Leader and standard-form contract lecturer, she continuously empowers construction professionals nationwide.
