2025 MEDIATION TRAINING

5-DAY ONLINE MEDIATION FOUNDATION COURSE

Join the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC, in partnership with the leading London mediation training charity The Society of Mediators, to receive foundational mediation training accredited by the Civil Mediation Council (UK) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

The Society’s Faculty – led by Jonathan Dingle FRSA, Andrea Barnes, and Zoey White – trained a large number of mediators in recent years in a series of courses in Sandton and online, and has worked across Africa.

Who should attend?

This online course is specifically for anyone:

  • Wishing to act as party representatives at mediation.
  • Wishing to train as certified mediators, for example as Qualified Mediators through Recognised Mediation Organisations in South Africa as defined in the Gauteng Division Judge President’s recent Mediation Directive and Mediation Protocol.

The online workshops are structured in a way that provides total immersion in the mediation process.
