Mediators are appointed from the Association’s roll of Fellows and Mediators.

This application form is applicable to the appointment of private and other mediations.  For the appointment of court-annexed mediators in civil actions in Pretoria- and Johannesburg High Courts subject to the Gauteng Judge President’s Mandatory Mediation Directive and Protocol, please use ONLY use the Nominations Application Form for the Appointment of a Court-Annexed Mediator.
