ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (“AI”)
IN ARBITRATIONS AND ADJUDICATIONS

The Association is proud to announce that its Board adopted these AI Guidelines on 15 May 2025.

Following the identification of the necessity and importance to its members and to the alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) sector as a whole, these Guidelines provide clear, principled guidance on the responsible use of AI in arbitration and adjudication.
