NOTE: 

• All nominations applications are put before the Nominations Committee for the appointment of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioners (arbitrators, adjudicators, mediators, etc.).  The Nominations Committee only meets every fortnight;
• ADR practitioners are appointed from the roll of Fellows;
• The Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC (“the Association”) is a nominating body and, as such, does not offer legal advice;
• The Association’s Code of Ethics is intended to apply to all members of the Association who act as arbitrators, adjudicators, mediators, referees or the like, irrespective of whether they were appointed by the Association.
