Ms Edwards worked at AECI and Farrow Laing and Partners before joining the Association of Arbitrators in 1996. Together with Di Watridge, she is responsible for the daily running of the Association including the general administrative functions.

Ms Watridge worked at NEI Africa and Binnington Copeland and Associates before joining the Association of Arbitrators in 2005. Together with Dawn Edwards, she is responsible for the daily running of the Association including the general administrative functions.
